I’ve been here for 20 years and I’m planning to be here until retirement. It’s because they treat me well. Nice people, nice equipment. They keep their drivers paid fairly and happy.

Some of my best experiences in my entire trucking career were here at MX. Everybody is really down-to-earth and friendly. They show that they care, they treat you with respect, and we feel like an integral part of the company. When I call in, they know it’s me and – you’re treated like a human being and not just a driver number. They actually treat their drivers like family. I never thought I’d find a home for the past six years.

Lee and Mario go out of their way to try and help you. They stood by me for almost 7 years I’ve been here. You can’t ask for anything more – they take care of it and make sure drivers are comfortable. It feels like family.

I like the equipment, the benefits are good, and the people are great. They are family-owned and they treat you real nice. I love the interaction between Lee and Mario and the company. They appreciate you for what you are. If you don’t have fun at your job, your job is not for you – I’m having fun and doing work at the same time.
